CanISO also provides germline SNP data obtained by whole exome sequencing from blood samples of domestic dogs. They can be searched with following terms: ID or name of a gene, chromosomal location, dbSNP ID, and in-house sample ID. In result page, a SNP data including chromosomal location, gene symbol, Esnembl gene ID, NCBI gene id, dbSNP ID, and several an external links to OMIM. Furthermore, user can identify the positions and frequencies of a selected and nearby SNPs using internal genome browser that supports zoom-in and -out function.
