Description | Recently, organoids have been successfully constructed in various organs, including stomach, using a 3D organoid culture system. In this study, we aim to understand the mechanism by which epigenetic/genetic changes are related to transcriptomic regulation during stomach organogenesis in single cell level. Stomach organoids derived from normal tissues adjacent to gastric cancer were constructed from nine patients. Single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq), single cell ATAC-seq (scATAC-seq), and whole exome-seq (WES) were performed to analyze open chromatin regions (OCRs) and variants that affect gene expression. |
