Sample Title	RNA expression of Lrrc6 knock out mouse testis.
Description	It is unclear the function of LRRC6, a gene related to primary ciliary dyskinesia when mutated. To identify the mechanism of LRRC6 functions, Lrrc6 knock out mice were generated. As expected, Lrrc6 knock out mice exhibited primary ciliary dyskinesia phenotypes. To elucidate the effect of knocking out Lrrc6, RNA extracts from testes of P14 mice. RNA-seq results showed that LRRC6 affects overall motile cilia-related gene expression.
