Description	Step 1: Build a diagnostic platform using new biomarkers based on integrated genomic and epigenetic analysis ○ Establish a research cohort for thyroid cancer patients and manage the quality of research samples. ○ Verification of published biomarker and thyroid cancer evaluation indicators: Verification of the possibility of a Korean-style diagnostic system considering Korean social and ethnic characteristics ○Discovery of new biomarkers based on genomic and epigenetic genes: Genetic mutation, copy number alternations, mRNA and microRNA expression, DNA methylation analysis through next-generation sequencing ○ Continuous analysis of domestic and international genetic and epigenetic research trends and establishment of DB ○Building an integrated DB analysis platform ○ Derive results using integrated analysis-based biomarkers: Preoperative thyroid nodule diagnosis and disease risk assessment system, postoperative risk assessment system for recurrence risk assessment, new risk assessment method for accurately classifying patients. Phase 2: Development of an in vitro diagnostic system through pre- and post-clinical clinical trials ○ An independent pre- and post-research cohort is established to conduct clinical trials. ○ Verification of customized medical molecular diagnostic kits applicable to thyroid cancer patients
