Project Title Whole-genome data to discover genomic variant in varicella-zoster virus vaccines

Description In this study, a high throughput sequencing technology was utilized to obtain deep coverage for VZV genome in four commercial vaccines. Genetic variants in the vaccines were identified and compared to the reference genomes of Dumas, pOka, vOka, and MAV/06, allowing the tracing of origin of the variants.
