Description "1st year: (1) Improve and optimize performance of SNV and small indel detection algorithms under development (2) Develop high-speed algorithms for SNV, small indel and CAN detection (3) Develop FSEMBLEMBLER and FG (fusion gen) prediction program (4) Integrated analysis platform design (5). Second year: (1) Improving the performance of the Normal connection prediction algorithm and improving the accuracy of SV, small indel, and CNA detection, benchmarking compared to existing tools (2) Coding and microRNA target sites linked to existing public data such as TCGA and COSMIC (3).Development (7) Establishment of an integrated analysis platform (8) Production of multi-omix cancer genome data for Korean representative-rare carcinomas for software performance verification. 3rd year: (1) Improve the computational efficiency of SNV, small indel and CNA detection algorithms (2) Improve the computational efficiency of algorithms and optimize performance using parallel processing algorithms (3) Develop and optimize FSEMBLER. (4) Distribute and parallelize fusion genetic prediction programs (5) Production of diversified clinical data to respond to sample conditions and clinical conditions Year 4: (1) Multi-organ transplantation for software performance verification and clinical data sharing (2) Development of high-performance WGS and WES data preprocessing algorithms and integration into a single software platform (3) Experimental verification of discovered genetic mutations Fifth year: (1) Validation and evaluation of functionality of transplant software by institution (2) Application of heterogeneous computing techniques and application of distributed processing techniques (3) Establishment of indicators and disclosure of open licenses for software platform performance verification Year 6: (1) Completion of Final Clinical Software Certification (2) Establishment of a licensing guideline for software clinical use certification and discussion on establishing a business model to commercialize the final product (3) Software certification and clinical use authorization"
