Description """□ Based on the previously secured Korean gastric cancer genomic and transcriptional data and newly tested gastric cancer tissue genomic and transcriptional data, Korean specific gastric cancer biomarker candidates are selected through integrated system biology and bioinformation analysis. ○ Establish a database for single nucleotide polymorphism, replication water mutation, gene fusion, and gene expression by organizing Korean gastric cancer genomes and transcriptional data. ○ Using biological informatics and system biology techniques, Korean specific gastric cancer biomarkers are selected. ○ Using various open-source databases, information on the possibility of carcinogenesis for genes that have undergone replication, gene fusion, and overexpression is summarized. □Invitro/in vivo verification of Korean specific gastric cancer biomarker candidates ○Tumor production performance and metastatic ability of gastric cancer biomarker candidate genes are verified in cell lines ○Verification of tumor production and metastatic ability of gastric cancer biomarker candidate genes in animal models □ Discovering personalized gastric cancer treatment biomarkers through drug responsiveness (sensitivity/side effects) investigation of Korean specific gastric cancer biomarkers candidates ○ The cell line investigates the sensitivity and side effects of anticancer drugs in gastric cancer biomarker candidate genes. ○Discovered gastric cancer biomarkers for personalized treatment through drug reactivity experiments and integrated analysis of information collected from open source databases."
