Description	"Task Goal Development of Antibiotic Resistant Genome Database from Jeju Island Farm Using Metagenome Project contents ○ Q-PCR primer design for monitoring antibiotic resistance gene using database ○ Quantitative analysis of seasonal antibiotic resistance genes based on qPCR ○ Plasmid acquisition and propagation analysis of multi-drug resistant bacteria ○ Database construction of antibiotic resistance gene and plasmid in aquaculture Expected effect and utilization ○ Through this study, we can identify the trend of antibiotic-resistant microorganisms in farms and provide more accurate methods for monitoring antibiotic-resistant genes, which will contribute to the reduction of antibiotic-resistant microorganisms and the reduction of antibiotic-resistant genes in farms."
