Project Title	International collaborative study on cancer onset mechanism of of Lysosomal Storage Disorder(LSD) by using epigenome data

Description	1. Foundation for international joint research and collaboration Based on the previously concluded memorandum of understanding between the SNU Medical School Cancer Research Institute (SNUCRI) and the OICR, human-technical exchange was materialized. Cancer genomic research related to LSD was conducted through mutual visits of researchers and education/training programs. 2. Technical R&D Plan Patients with blood cancer, breast cancer, and pancreatic cancer identified as related to LSD were screened through the LSD panel secured by this researcher to establish a cohort of LSD-related cancer patients. Utilizing the previously secured Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) and Whole Transcriptome Sequencing (WTS) data of this cohort patient, we produce Whole Genome Visulfite Sequencing (WGBS) data to secure a multiomix dataset. Functionality is verified in cell lines and animals to confirm the therapeutic accessibility of biomarkers verified in multiple cohorts. A group of treatment candidates is derived from biomarkers whose functionality has been verified and studied at the cell level to explore the possibility of success as a treatment. Biomarkers discovered through postgenetic genetic research before LSD carcinogenesis were packaged and developed as diagnostic methods.
