Description "○Establishment of an analytical system for excavation of somatic mutations (point mutations and indels) by exom-based sequencing of PDTX transplanted tissue (F2) originating from cancer patient tissue and analysis of changes in the number of DNA copies of the exom-based tissue. ○Establishment of an analysis system for gene expression profiling by transcriptional sequence determination of cancer tissues, discovery of alternative splicing such as fusion genes, and verification of exom sequencing mutants ○Established an integrated multi-omics-based functional analysis system for various types of excavated exome and transcript catalogs ○Discovery of genetic variation by PDTX-specific analytical model including Xenosequencing filtering technology ○Establishment of multi-omics-based functional analysis technology utilizing public dielectric resources and databases ○Retained somatic genetic mutations --Validation and complementation of miraculous gene signatures that can predict the efficacy and resistance development of targeted therapeutic agents by analysis of an integrated database of clinical factors ○Cross-validation within the cohort and accuracy verification of the predictive model with the added patient cohort ○Marker selection / panelization for clinical realization of the final model and functional analysis of markers selected in collaboration with the first detail"
