Description	"● Securing and producing multi-omics-based Korean oncogenome sequencing data to verify the performance of high-efficiency-low-cost oncogenome analysis software- Conducted WGS (whole-genome sequencing)/WTS (whole-transcriptome sequencing) to secure clinical samples (50 cases of blood cancer, 50 cases of breast cancer, 50 cases of rare cancer) and construct multiomics data at 3 joint research institutes.- Established a database for verification of 50 WGS cases of blood cancer and established a sequencing data management system for a total of 200 cases- Sample and sequencing data production, management and QC system establishment according to standard protocols.● Verification of software performance using the secured sequencing data and establishment of an operational evaluation system based on a multi-agency consultative body- To verify the performance of the developed software, in collaboration with the 2nd detail, a total of 4 or more institutions were transplanted to establish an operational evaluation system based on a multi-institutional consultative body- Preparation of performance indicators of software and comparison of performance with overseas similar software- Preparation of base data for clinical use certification● Formation of licensing guideline consultative body and final certification of software for clinical use of cancer diagnosis-customized treatment- Establishment of an external expert-based consultative body for software clinical use certification and preparation of operating guidelines"
