Description	1) Using 40 estrogen receptor-related genes and 40 cell proliferation-related genes selected through NGS analysis of 120 Korean breast cancers in previous research, stabilization of target gene RNA sequencing technology and protocol development in 10-20 pilot samples 2) 200 patients who underwent OncotypeDX at two institutions, breast cancer FFPE tissue after surgery was secured and target gene RNA sequencing was performed. Based on this, development and validation of a prognostic scoring system 3) Securing breast cancer FFPE tissue after surgery for 800 patients who were followed for a long time without receiving chemotherapy for estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer in the past at two institutions. Reconfirmation of accuracy by applying target gene RNA sequencing and prognostic prediction model 4) Commercialization of the developed Korean prognostic tool
