Steps for submission

To submit your sequencing data,
please follow the three steps below

Step Ⅰ Submit BioProject Descriptions of the project from which the biological data were generated
Step Ⅱ Submit Sample Description of biological source materials used in sequencing experiments
Step Ⅲ Submit KRA KRA Submission is a collection of Experiments and Runs that are unique sequencing results from BioSamples

How to Cite

To cite your submitted data (BioProjects) in your paper: Please include the following sentence in the “Materials and Methods” section:
“Data Availability The raw data was deposited in Korean Nucleotide Archive (KoNA, https://kobic.re.kr/kona)* with the accession ID, PRKJA2100XX**.”

Citing the KoNA database:We now prepare an article for a peer reviewed journal. Please cite the URL address (https://www.kobic.re.kr/kona) until the publication process is completed.
