The 22nd CJK (China-Japan-Korea) Bioinformatics Symposium, previously known as the ABC (Asian Bioinformatics Consortium) Symposium, was held in Shanghai, China during November 7 - 8, 2024. 

This symposium has been held every year since 2002 to foster collaboration between Korea, Japan and China. Each country's representative bioinformatics institutes are hosting this symposium: KOBIC from Korea, DDBJ from Japan, and Shanghai Society for Bioinformatics and NGDC from China.

This year's symposium was held as a part of 2025 Annual Conference of the Shanghai Society for Bioinformatics. In this symposium, there was a total of seven presentations from each country.
