HepatoToxicity Portal is an integrated resource of knowledgebase and prediction tools for liver toxicity of small molecules. Chemical toxicity data, aggregated from 9 public resources, were manually curated for liver toxicity based on their documents and experimental methods (clinical, in vivo, and in vitro). Additionally, we have also developed and implemented state-of-the-art prediction tools that predicted liver toxicity for user-supplied chemicals, taking advantage of chemical structural features as well as gene expression profiles of chemical perturbation.
