Bio-Express Service Update 2023.06

This update is available for Windows, Mac and Linux. The latest Bio-Express version is 2.0.2.

  • Transition from the existing Docker environment to a Podman container-based environment.
  • We provide an environment where users can perform analysis tasks stably without affecting other parts of the system.
  • With Podman, a convenient and stable analysis environment can be set up when running personal analysis environments.

  • From the April 2023 update, we provide a version that can reliably transmit large-scale data of users using an independent high-speed data transmission service (GBox). See the download page.
  • Pipeline-Based Analysis Service (CLOSHA) Docker features are available and can be used by updating to the latest version 2.0.1.
